About
At the heart of counselling is the ability to develop a greater awareness and understanding of yourself. The counselling relationship enables a process of reflection that can help discover patterns in your experiences, relationships and your history and how they may be affecting you today. It is a space to be truly heard and understood, which can enable you to create the changes that you are seeking.
I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling (MSc) from the University of Northampton. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am on their Register of Practitioners, I adhere to their ethical framework and I attend regular supervision. I regularly work on personal development and attend Continuing Professional Development training.
